SHIPPING & RETURNS

Purchases may be returned by the customer for any reason within 14 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition. Any products received broken must be submitted by contacting us using our contact. Please include a photo of the breakage, to be eligible for a refund.

Icee's Beauty Essenial UK LTD does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

COVID UPDATE

Royal Mail is currently experiencing shipping and delivery delays, delivery of orders may take up to 4-6 business days. If you are experiencing a delivery issue with your order, please contact your local Royal Mail branch.

- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business days.

- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed.

- Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded. Addresses are not manually entered, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label.  Icee's Beauty Essential UK LTD is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages.

- If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local Royal Mail Post Office.

- If your package is being held for pick-up at your local  Royal Mail Post Office, you can use your tracking link sent by Icees's Beauty Essential to retrieve your package.

- If your package is being held for pick-up and you are on a quarantine lockdown, please contact your local Royal Mail Post Office and wait to retrieve your packages, for your safety.

With a minimum purchase of £15 or more, shipping is no cost to you.

£3.00  FLAT RATE STANDARD UK SHIPPING ON ORDERS UNDER £15

With a purchase of £15 or less, shipping is a flat rate of £3. If a discount code is applied to an order and the subtotal is under £15, shipping costs will apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping for International orders shipping is calculated based on weight at check out. All international shipments are subject to customs/duties charges. Icee's Beauty Essential UK LTD is not responsible for customs/duties charges.
